We are for anyone who wants someone to listen and help them untangle their thoughts. Whether you're overwhelmed, stuck, or just need a little accountability, we can help you feel less alone and more capable.
What can we talk about?
We can talk about anything. From career decisions and life organization to confidence issues and routine struggles. We don’t have a checklist; we just have a space to listen and help you find your next best step.
How long are sessions?
Our sessions are typically 45 minutes long. This allows for a relaxed intro chat and a focused conversation where we can build routines, brainstorm next steps, or simply talk it out without pressure.
Is it confidential?
Yes, everything we talk about is strictly confidential. We maintain the privacy of our conversations to ensure you feel safe and supported. We only share information with your consent or if required by law.
What if I need clinical care?
If you are in crisis or need professional clinical mental health care, please reach out to your local emergency services or a licensed mental health professional. Girl Talks is not a substitute for medical treatment.
